It’s Fall Break everyone, and Avalo Networks is super excited about the change of seasons. There are a few house keeping items we need to address quick:
Some of our team member’s families have off for Fall Break, as such we will be running on reduced staffing levels Friday October 6th, 2017 and will be closed Monday October 9th, 2017. Normal Business operations will resume on Tuesday October 10th, 2017.
If you require support Today and Monday, please submit a support ticket online at http://acc.avalonetworks.com, or via email, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any tickets not marked as Emergencies will be handled on Tuesday when we resume normal business operations.
Flex UC Migrations:
As many of you know, Avalo Networks has been working for the past 2 years on the completion of the next Generation of the Avalo Voice Platform we call Flex UC. If you have not had a chance to partake in one of our Guided demos, than please get in touch with us (email@example.com) or call +1.865.337.8698. We would love the chance to show you the changes in Flex UC compared to our previous generation.
We are also starting Training session next week. And are planning on doing Group Training on the platform. Keep an eye out for an email invite for these training sessions.
In Addition, some customers are looking to migrate a few of their accounts over to Flex UC because of features. If you are interested in migrating your accounts, please get in touch with Support (firstname.lastname@example.org) so we can setup a time to start the process.
Migrations will be completed one customer account at a time, to ensure that everyone is ready.
